Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
